Reception staff especially mr abdul malik Very quiet The restaurant nearby is really good Very pricey

A lot of mosquitoes in the lobby No nearby groceries stores

Mosquitoes in the wash room and bedroom. Not enough light. Seating area was outside the bathroom in this room and was like a small box, so there was space for one chair and table.

Very big and comfy lobby with good wifi connection. Rooms were clean and tidy.

The only negative was the corridors being very cold as soon as you step out of the room. We all caught a cold because of this.

Drop service to haram

Receptionist was arabic speaking & preffered arabic people., didnt respect que. wasted too much time to allocate room., sad on him.

Staff are very friendly and helpful but only on the front desk

Distant from Haram.Bus shuttle takes too mucb time to pick and drop. Bathroom parts are broken. Hotel has some smell with surrounding noice from other room. Hotel prices are high.

Cheaper than other hotels in last 10 days of Ramadan. One of the receptionist was friendly. Lobby was big and plenty of seats to sit.

Dirty stained bathroom and bedroom walls and floors. Sewerage smell in the room. No towels provided. No hot water in the bathroom. I have reported it but no one came to fix it. We stayed 2 days and couldn’t take shower as there was no hot water. Bathrooms are small, dark and dirty. Lighting in bathroom is inappropriate. There were small insects in the bathroom. Bedrooms are also dark. Room 104 window open in a dark shaft, so no natural light in room. No iron available, although I have asked but they did not have it. Car parking in basement is very small with tight spaces for only few cars (probably 7-10 cars only), so most probably you will not find a parking space but there is plenty of road side free parking outside hotel. Free shuttle service to and from Haram take 20-25 minutes. Bus will drop you in parking about 10 minutes walk from Haram. On the way back from Haram to hotel, prepare to wait for 20-30 minutes for a bus to arrive. On an Eid day we waited for more than one hour (in 42 degree celcius) but bus didn’t come although there were frequent buses for other hotels. I have phoned the reception to enquire about the bus and the receptionist said that he doesn’t know if the bus will go or not. We took taxi for 30 riyals twice and on Eid day for 50 Riyals. Overall a very bad experience

Hotel infrastructure was good.

No cleaning nothing as a room service. Ther should be proper customer service. Need to learn more about how to handle customer.

I like is bus service is vgood hotel to Haram n Haram to hotel perface i hope always doing like that Alhumdulillah

About an hour of waiting time on reception to check in Too long route of shuttle bus to Haram No guest amenities provided, not even towel Bathroom was stinky

اعطوني غرفه ضيقه جدا جدا وبعدين اكتشفت انها غرفه مكفوفين وكلمتهم قالي اسف وبغير الغرفه ومن هذا الكلام وانا كلمت الاستقبال اول ما وصلت يغير لي ما تجاوب معاي مره كانت تجربه سيئه جدا

تأخرت فقط 8 دقائق على موعد الوصول والاستقبال يقول خلاص مافي غرف شاغره هذه الشي الوحيد اللي ما حبيته انهم ما يعذرو اللي ممكن سبب التأخير اننا جاين سفر وموقع الفندق في الخريطة مختلف عن الواقع وهذا تاخير ثاني والسبب هما

موظفين الاستقبال في قمة التميز ولاحترام وسلاسه في التعامل ام شاء الله اذا جيت مكه راح اسكن فيه والاجمل انه مو بعيد عن الحرم والخدمات قريبه من المكان فندق رائع

أعجبني المصلى بالفندق - والموقع - وصالة الاستقبال الكبيرة وطاقم الاستقبال قاموا بتيسير حجزي قدر الامكان

الغرفة التوأم وجدت الشراشف فيها غير نظيفة أبداً ، عكس المزدوجة كانت جميلة ونظيـفة - والتلفزيون لم استطع مشاهدة لعدم توفر قنوات إخبارية أو أجتماعية أو ثقافية فقط الموجود 3 قنوات لا تفي ولا تلبي احتياجي

لا يوجد شيئ الصور الموضوعه في التطبيق تختلف مائة وعشرين درجة عن الحقيفة

سوء النظافة .بشكل غير,طبيعي ريحت المبنى تهالك الاسرة سوء التهوية والمكيفات ردائت الغرف بشكل لايوصف

لم يعجبني ألا حسن تعامل موظفين الاستقبال وأخلاقهم وبشاشتهم .

الغرف ضيقة جدا ، ولا تصلح للعوائل بأطفال + أن الموقع على الطريق العام إلى بطحاء قريش ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارة ألا بصعوبة بالغة .

حجزت الغرفه وسكنت وتفاجات الا فيه واحد داخل عليه ماجرين له نفس غرفتي ومع الغلط مافيه اعتذار الا رفع صوت ونياح وصياح

موظف الاستقبال المصري تعامله فض وغير لائق وتنبعث منو روايح كريهه

وجود النقل للحرم المجاني

يجي العامل يطق الباب عليك الساعة 2 عشان الخروج وتطلب عربة عشان تنقل اغراضك ويرصونك الى الساعة 4 على ما يشيلون الاغراض ، يعني تنقلهن انت افضل

مريح وهادئ وموقعه نادر تشوف سيارات أوتسمعها وفيه مواقف في الضل

قذارة الأرضيات وروائح كريهة في الغرفة الأولى اللي غيرتها وكانت فيها مشاكل في الحمام والريسبشن مليان حشرات
